How long does shipping take within Egypt?
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your governorate. You will receive a tracking number via SMS once your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all items, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories cannot be returned.
Can I try on my order while the courier is waiting?
Yes, we allow customers to check the size and quality while the courier is at the door. If you are not satisfied, you can return the order immediately with the courier and only pay the shipping fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Jamila-eg ships exclusively within Egypt. We are working on expanding our services to the rest of the MENA region soon.
